On Day 3 God created plant life to include wheat. Wheat contains 40 of the 44 nutrients essential to life. These nutrients are removed from commercial white flour that contains chemical and synthetic additives. The good news is organic wheat berries are alive and chemical-free in their natural form. Come discuss ancient and modern wheat while learning to mill, bake, and cook with wheat berries.
